As a young man, Jack was known as a dreamer. Despite his personal accomplishments and the security of a good job, he dreamt of much greater accomplishments. It has come to be known that those who knew Jack mistook "dreaming" for "vision."

Jack gave his vision a life of its own and called it Total Life Changes. He traded his security in the automotive business for an investment into developing a new network marketing company based upon his ideals of helping others. After thirteen years, TLC has a global footprint based upon products and opportunities that have increased the wellness and prosperity of thousands of people.
